The agreed price for Glenernan Cottages includes all electricity, linen and towels.  The Bothy & Cottage are strictly for a maximum of 2 persons per cottage and under no circumstances may they be used to accommodate more than this number. The cottages are totally non smoking and we regret no pets or children are allowed.  There is a private gated parking space for the Bothy and a reserved parking space for the Cottage next to our Guest House.

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking with the balance due to be paid at least 6 weeks in advance. Please note we can offer no refund on cancellation received within 6 weeks of the arrival date so we strongly advise you to consider travel insurance. At Glenernan we hope those staying in our self catering cottages enjoy this peaceful location and beautiful area and respect our property and we request that noise is kept to a minimum especially during the hours of darkness. If we feel those staying are causing a nuisance to other people or are not respecting our property then we do, if necessary, reserve the right to terminate the rental period irrespective of monies paid.

Entry time is normally between 4pm and 8pm and if arrival should be later than this a phone call advising the approximate ETA is required. Departure is by 10 am on the departure morning.
